Includes sections for petition by an individual regarding child's dependency and/or delinquency, including description of what s/he did wrong if delinquent; return of warrant; order of continuance; notice to probation officer to investigate child's case; order of custody after adjournment; notice to probation officer to bring parent/guardian/other interested individual with legal representation to the court on behalf of the child; return for summons and subpoenas; final order regarding child and what to do with him or her; and order to probation officer in case child was delinquent again after trial. Not all sections necessarily filled in for every case.
