Scope and content: The Crawford Administration register consists of a list of four handwritten (by Crawford) pages in one file folder. Each entry contains the appointee's name, position, and appointment date; entries are roughly chronological. The Glick Administration volume is arranged by date and appointment number and contains appointment number, appointee name, office appointed to, date, and district/county. It also contains a subject index by office and alphabetical index by appointee name.
