This record is organized chronologically by year but organization of the above categories within the year changes frequently. As a result, it becomes more organized as the years pass. In the later years it was probably compiled at the end of the year from the Executive record (secretary's minutes), http://www.kshs.org/archives/193458 , rather than used throughout the year as the beginning organization suggests.
