Scope and content: Contains both civil (1927-1946) and criminal case dockets (1924-1963) adjudicated by the Delaware Township's Justices of the Peace. An alphabetic index is provided at the front of the volume (identifying plaintiffs in civil cases and defendants in criminal cases). Criminal case dockets include evidential documents such as court orders, complaints, summons, and Treasurer's Office receipts for fines. The bulk o the criminal dockets are present starting at page 187, but some earlier cases may be found among the civil cases at the beginning of the volume. Loose documents are found at the end. This series is in the middle section of microfilm reel AR2512 (preceded by the end of series #196964, Civil Dockets 1882-1964, and followed by all of series #196965, Criminal Dockets 1893-1964).
