Scope and content: "Enrollment of Ex-Soldiers and Sailors, Their Widows and Orphans, of the Late Armies of the United States, Residing in the State of Kansas, County of Jefferson, March 1st, 1889." An accounting of the military veterans, or their widows and/or orphaned children, living in Jefferson County, Kansas in March 1889 who are eligible for military pension benefits.
