Webb will be applying for the vacancy and suggests Webb will make a good fit. A letter enclosing petitions from members of the bar asking that W. C. Webb be appointed as the Judge of the 6th Judicial District. A letter from J. F. Broadhead writes to Governor Harvey concerning his application as Judge of the 6th Judicial District. Broadhead includes a petition for his appointment.
