Coleman of Junction City as Justice of the Peace, dated November 26, 1869. A letter of resignation from J. T. Budgens as Justice of the Peace for Crawford County. In the letter Budgens, recommends James F. St. Clair as a suitable person to fill the vacancy. A petition from citizens of Crawford County request Franklin Playter for the appointment as Justice of Peace of Crawford County.
