The Kansas Museum of History in Topeka offers guided and self-guided tours for class visits.
Guided Tours - These tours provide visual and hands-on learning about Kansas history.
Group discounts are available for groups of 10 or more with 2 weeks advance notice. One adult is admitted free for every 10 students, and additional adults pay the student rate. See admission fees. Confirmation will be made by email or by phone.

Self-Guided Tours - For those who prefer to lead their own group, we offer self-guided tours that include a walk on the nature trail and activity guides to help focus your museum visit.

Museum Activity Guides are available to print and bring along to help focus your museum visit.
Virtual Tours - Live, guided tours are also offered as a virtual option. These tours are broadcast using Zoom or Zoom Webinar. Tours may be viewed on one screen by a group, or students may sign in individually from remote locations.
The State Archives is located in the same complex in Topeka. Guided tours of the State Archives are also available. These are scheduled separately through the State Archives.
