Read Kansas! Primary - P-15 I Live in Kansas!

This lesson, designed for third graders, teaches students about some of the communities in Kansas. Students will learn about ten communities and will retell information about one of those communities. Then students will have an opportunity to learn more about their own community to compare to these. They will retell the information by creating an advertising poster for one community. This lesson is designed to take place over four days but can be adjusted to fit the teacher’s needs. Select each image to see a PDF with the front and back of each card.
